Most Expensive and Least Expensive Homes For Sale In Concord

There is a home on a hill that's going for $2.1 million, but you also find something less expensive.

For slightly more than $2 million, you can look down at everyone else in Concord... literally.

One of the most expensive homes for sale right now in Concord is a 7,800-square-foot mansion with a pool on top of a hill.

The seven bedroom, eight bathroom home at 986 Ridge Drive is listed at $2.1 million. It's been on the market for 10 days.

The least expensive Concord home listed on the AOL real estate site is a 700-square-foot condominium.

The one bedroom, one bath unit has an asking price of $91,500. It's been on the market about five months.
