Second Chance Boutique celebrated its new location in Concord on Wednesday with ribbon-cutting ceremony.
City Manager Valerie Barone and members of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce attended the event.
The store sells gently-used clothes, as well as home accessories. It is located at 4305 Clayton Road, Suite # in Concord, California.
