Rep. DeSaulnier To Host 'End Of Year Wrap-Up' Virtual Town Hall

The congressman will provide the latest on federal coronavirus relief efforts, as well as a look ahead to the new year and new Congress.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — U.S. Rep. Mark DeSaulnier (D-Concord) announced his plans to host an "End Of The Year Wrap-Up Town Hall" on Thursday, Dec. 17.

During the virtual event from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the congressman will provide constituents with the latest on coronavirus relief efforts in the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as a look ahead to the new year and new Congress.

DeSaulnier will host the event live on Zoom; it will also be viewable through the congressman's Facebook page.

The event, which marks DeSaulnier's 119th town hall and mobile district office hour since coming to Congress in 2015, is open to the public and members of the media.

Contra Costa residents can submit their questions for DeSaulnier prior to the event or live during the town hall.

DeSaulnier represents California's 11th Congressional District, which encompasses most of Contra Costa County, including the cities and communities of Alamo, Bay Point, Brentwood, Byron, Clayton, Concord, Danville, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Kensington, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Pacheco, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Richmond, San Pablo and Walnut Creek, along with parts of Martinez and Antioch.
