Yoga Sol Moves Downtown

Downtown Concord has a new yoga studio, with the relocation of Yoga Sol from the Clayton Valley Shopping Center to Concord Avenue.

Yoga Sol was in business at its Ygnacio Valley Road location for five years before opening up the new downtown location on March 24, 2013.

The yoga studio offers hot yoga, restorative yin and vinyasa flow yoga styles as well as retreats, boot camps and teacher training.

Locals can get a one-time, 30-day unlimited yoga pass for $30. Drop-in classes range from $14 to $20, depending on the duration of the session and type of pass. The studio offers student discounts and bulk prices. Evening classes with student instructors are free to the public.
