4 Residential Units on Orange Avenue Sell for $1.55M

Four residential units on Orange Avenue in Coronado recently sold for $1.55 million, according to The Daily Transcript. 

The units at 417-423 Orange Ave. sold to Howard R. Dixon and Donna J. Dixon, trustees of the Dixon Family Trust in Coronado, according to the business publication. 

The sellers were Lynn H. Daly, Gayle Hakes Walker, Ledyard B. Hakes IV, Robert  H. Hakes and Steven C. Hakes.
