Navy: Possible Increase in Aircraft Noise Through Mid-March

Residents may notice an increase in air traffic during the next three weeks when Naval Air Station North Island will host multiple F-18 Hornet, EA-18 Growler and EA-6 Prowler aircraft conducting carrier qualification training.

The Navy recognizes the importance of being good neighbors with the local communities and makes every effort to abate noise when possible.
