A 4th Street apartment building has changed hands.
The property at 1106 4th was purchased for $1.8 million by Assets Resolution Corp. of Coronado from Peter A. Kosen and Brownell Asset Management LLC, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
The two-story building has nine units.
