Coronado Home to Highest Apartment Rental Rates in San Diego: Report
The next priciest rental rates were in neighboring East Village, Little Italy and Marina, according to Zumper.com.

CORONADO, CA — Those looking to rent an affordable one-bedroom apartment in the San Diego area would be very fortunate to find it in Coronado — at least during the summer months, a recent study of the region's rental rates revealed.
The median monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Coronado in July was $2,800, compared to a median price of $1,550 throughout San Diego, according to Zumper.com's National Rent Report, which analyzes rental data from over 1 million active listings across the United States.
The next priciest San Diego-area neighborhoods for one-bedroom units based on July's rates were East Village ($2,250), Little Italy ($2,100) and Marina ($2,075), the website reported.

Midway District, North Park and Kensington offered mid-ranged priced rentals, ranging from $1,300-$1,500; whereas, the most affordable neighborhoods, where rent was under $1,000, were Chollas View, Islenair and Encanto.
