Gooey Goodness at Home? A Coronado Cook Gives Fair Food a Go

Coronado resident Jill O'Connor shared her versions of how to make fair food all year long, in your own kitchen.

O'Connor featured her recipes for cinnamon rolls, tempura friend Snickers and grilled BBQ port mac-and-cheese sandwiches with U-T San Diego. 

Her tips: She suggests having a deep fryer to really make the Snickers concoction work, but said it's not necessary. She also prefers a buttery topping to cream cheese on the rolls.
