Hotel in Coronado Sold for $7.7M

A Coronado hotel sold for $7.7 million, according to the San Diego Business Journal. The hotel—known as 1906 Lodge at Coronado Beach—is a 17-room property at 1060 Adella Ave.

Coronado Lodge LLC of Irvine purchased the property, a former boarding house, from Trant Manor LLC, according to the business newspaper.

Room rates were listed as $189 to $599, on 1906 Lodge's website.
