Keller Williams Realty has chosen 3,100 square feet of space at Island Terraces, 1033 B Ave., reports the San Diego Daily Transcript.
The property was leased from CLI Inc. for 10 years at $773,000., according to the publication.
According to the Keller Williams website, the firm, based in Austin, has more than 80,000 real estate agents, in nearly 700 offices in North America and has become the second-largest residential real estate company in the country.
