Most Scenic Restaurants In CA: OpenTable's 2019 List

CALIFORNIA – Diners looking for a restaurant with a view should look no further than California, home to 24 of the most scenic restaurants in the country, according to OpenTable.

The online reservation company released its "100 Most Scenic Restaurants in America" list for 2019, and California came out on top again this year, followed by Florida with 15 restaurants and New York with six spots.

Restaurants that span 24 states and Washington, D.C. and offer picturesque sights landed on the annual list.

"We can't think of a better way to celebrate summer travel season than with this list of restaurants with some of the nation's most stunning vistas," Caroline Potter, the company's chief dining officer, said in a statement. "Whether you're a local or a traveler, these winning spots are a terrific way to soak up a city's charms while dining on delicious fare."

OpenTable compiled its list based on diner reviews collected between June 1, 2018 and May 31, 2019.
