I-5 Ramp To Coronado Bridge To Close Overnight This Week

SAN DIEGO, CA – The connector ramp linking northbound Interstate 5 to the Coronado Bridge will be closed overnight for four consecutive nights this week.
The connector ramp will be closed from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday to allow for the installation of a debris fence above Chicano Park, according to Caltrans.
Detour signs will be posted to direct motorists to exit northbound I-5 at Cesar Chavez Parkway and then enter state Route 75 to the Coronado Bridge at Logan Avenue.

Caltrans reminded motorists in the area to "be work zone alert" by avoiding distracted driving, paying attention to traffic, and slowing down when approaching work zones.
