Averaging over $50,000, this type of remodel will typically offer semi-custom cabinets, minor changes to the footprint of the kitchen, quality stainless steel appliances, and much better materials than your minor remodel - including granite countertops and high end flooring. Expect a project of this scope to take around 6 weeks.

Upscale Remodel

If you live in an expensive area, have a high priced home, or just have a large budget, perhaps an upscale kitchen remodel is right for you. These projects come with an average price tag of well over $100,000 but add a lower percentage of cost to the home value, abound 65 percent. This project will include commercial grade appliances, top of the line full custom wood cabinets, designer faucets, and all the bells and whistles you can dream up.
