The Culver City Education Foundation has successfully raised thousands of dollars throughout 2020-2021 to support exceptional learning opportunities for over 7,000 students at every CCUSD school. On June 8, 2021, CCEF Executive Director Wendy Hamill presented a check for $180,000 to the CCUSD Board of Education.

Ms. Hamill stated, “We are extremely grateful for the generous support of CCEF donors over this past year, who recognize the importance of investing in our schools and our students’ success. Contributing toward our Annual Campaign and attending our fundraising events helps provide the critical funding needed to provide inspiring and impactful programs throughout the district.”

The funding was made possible in part by two successful events, SIP for Our Schools in September 2020, and a Drive-In Movie screening in May, kicking off CCEF’s 40th Anniversary year.

Thank you to all 2020-21 CCEF donors for making this support possible! Funds will be used to sustain and grow essential programs and resources at every CCUSD school, such as the Front & Center Theatre Collaborative, music education, school gardens, robotics teams, academic support, and much more. These opportunities would not exist without your donations to CCEF.
