Clippers to Honor Students' Service
The game will be the first of three "WE Day Wednesday" games, held in connection with WE Day California.

Southland students who are having an impact on their communities through service will be honored by the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night when they meet the Minnesota Timberwolves at Staples Center.
The game will be the first of three “WE Day Wednesday” games, held in connection with WE Day California, which will take place at The Forum on April 7, when approximately 16,000 students and educators from across the state will gather to hear speakers and performers celebrate the commitment young people have made to take action on local and global issues important to them.
Tickets are not sold for WE Day. Students from throughout the state earn admittance by the actions they take on one local and one global cause of their choice, according to Craig Kielburger, a co-founder of we.org, which organizes the event.
