Culver City Home Values Growing at Scorching Pace

Culver City homeowners can rejoice in the knowledge that home values are rising at one of the fastest paces in the country.

According to Nerd Wallet, 10 of the top 20 cities with the fastest increasing home values across America were right here in the California.

The agency says they analyzed data from the real estate site Zillow to find the cities with the biggest increase in home values since 2009.

Culver City finished at No. 41, with home values rising 33 percent during the time scrutinized. In Dec. 2014, the median price of a home here was $783,400.
