
A fire scorched about two acres of brush today in the Baldwin Hills area, but there were no reports of any injuries.
The fire was reported late this morning near Jefferson Boulevard south of Rodeo Road, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Firefighters appeared to gain the upper hand on the flames in about a half-hour, but remained on the scene dousing hot spots.
There were no reports of any structure damage. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
