Luxury Apartments Slated to Begin Construction in Culver City
The project estimated cost is $17.6 million and is slated for completion by fall 2017.
Culver City, CA — A new upscale residential development project is about to break ground near Culver City.
The 36-unit Knowlton Luxury Residences project's groundbreaking is set for July 24. The complex covers 23,000 square feet parcel with three floors of residential units. The complex consists of six one-bedroom unit, 24 two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom unites.
The building will offer such amenities as a rooftop bar, lounge and dinning area, and a fully equipped gym with a swimming pool.

The Knowlton Luxury Residences is located near LAX and the 405 Freeway with easy access to the Metro Yellow Line, which is currently under construction.
