im a German Citizen. I read today a news from German Newspaper "RP Online" a news.

I didnt understand, what "Donald Trump" wanted to say with his following Quote.

Quote of news:
"US President Donald Trump has refused to guarantee a peaceful transfer of power after the November election."

It is important worldwide. He was elected with vote of citizen of US.
He will not accept today the vote of US citizens. WHY?
