Surveillance video shows the suspects — four men ages 15 to 22 years old — in a black SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee, and the victim in a white raised pickup truck, officials said.
The victim and suspect vehicles were driving on Green Valley Circle when the suspects fired a handgun into the white pickup truck, which caused the truck to crash into an uninvolved vehicle, police said. The black SUV and the white pick-up truck then both fled the scene.

The people inside the uninvolved vehicle were not injured, police said. No other injuries were reported.
The drive-by was related to an earlier dispute between the suspects and victims inside the mall at 6000 Sepulveda Blvd., police said.
"Several shell casings were recovered from the scene of the shooting," police said.
Officers searched for a potential gunshot victim but never found anyone.
Anyone with information was urged to contact Culver City Police Department Public Information Officer Lt. Estrada at 310-253-6316 and reference Report #21-0001268.
