The international design firm has chosen this name for its new premises because it’s situated in Culver City’s Hayden Tract. The firm is on track for LEED Gold certification thanks to its building's sustainable elements.
Called ‘Gravlax,’ the restaurant is in its early planning stages and will eventually open at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue.
The Culver City eatery is spreading its wings and will open a 4,000 square foot restaurant at the FIGat7th food court in the fall of 2013.
The project alongside the Culver City Expo Line Station is a retail/office project.
