Suspect Linked to 25 Car Burglaries in Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills police credit 'dogged determination' for the arrest of a Culver City man.

Culver City resident Thomas Gardner has been linked to 25 vehicle burglaries in Beverly Hills. Gardner, 32, is also a suspect in car burglaries in Los Angeles and Culver City, Sgt. Shan Davis of the BHPD said.

Last week, Patch brought you breaking news on the June 30 arrest of Gardner.

"This arrest is a result of good, old-fashion police work and dogged determination by Beverly Hills police detectives," Davis said in an e-mail to Patch. "They persistently followed the 'breadcrumbs' of evidence left by Mr. Gardner as he continually victimized the public. Their tireless efforts are directly responsible for his arrest and the recovery of much of the stolen property."
