Virtual Culver City Film Festival Begins This Week
Culver City Film Festival might look different this year—but the show does go on—and this time it's virtual.
CULVER CITY, CA — Culver City Film Festival starts this week, with short films available for streaming via the film festival channel on Roku, organizers told Patch.
Culver City Film Festival runs from Dec. 4-10 via Shorts Daily on Roku and will be virtual this year due to the pandemic, Jon Gursha told Patch.
Gursha is founder and principal owner operator of Marina del Rey Film Festival, Culver City Film Festival, Silicon Beach Film Festival, Silver State Film Festival and Golden State Film Festival.

Opening night will be Thursday, with a special Facebook Live event featuring panel speakers Brian Wold and Blair Hickey. They will discuss the casting process, how to avoid mistakes and the latest behind virtual casting during the pandemic.
