Woman Killed In Crash On Venice Blvd/405 Freeway Off-Ramp
At least two others in the vehicle were taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
CULVER CITY, CA – A woman was killed when the vehicle she was riding in crashed on the Venice Boulevard off-ramp from the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Culver City.
The crash happened about 1 a.m. and at least two others in the vehicle were taken to a hospital in unknown condition, according to Officer Patrick Kimball with the California Highway Patrol.
NBC4 reported Culver City police officers had pulled over the driver of a Honda Odyssey on Culver Boulevard for a moving violation, but as officers approached the van, the driver fled. Officers lost sight of the van until they came upon the crash scene, NBC4 said.
