The Santa Clara County Fire Department posts several photos of accident scenes they've responded to recently to remind drivers of safety.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY - The Santa Clara County Fire Department posted online several photos of accident scenes they've responded to in the past couple of days to remind drivers about the importance of safe driving, a reminder even more relevant with rain and wet roads on the way.
The Facebook post says:
"Over the past two days County Fire has responded to major vehicle accidents with injuries.

Drivers- please remember to drive safely for your lives and the lives of others."
The National Weather Service says heavy amounts of rain appear headed our way, with many areas in the Santa Clara Valley and Bay Area receiving 2" - 3" of rain in the next few days.

4" - 7" may fall in the coastal range areas.
