Community Invited To Learn About The Housing Element Update Process In Cupertino

The City of Cupertino is inviting the community to a study session on Tuesday, April 27 at 6:15 p.m. to receive information about the Housing Element update process. This is the first of two study sessions and will include the City Council, Planning Commission, and Housing Commission.

State law requires that every city and county in California to adopt a Housing Element approximately every eight years. The Housing Element is part of Cupertino’s General Plan and identifies policies and programs to meet the housing needs of the City’s current and future residents at all income levels.
