Via’s global network experienced technical issues on Friday that affected the ability to book rides for much of the day. The issue has been fixed and things are now back to normal operations. We sincerely apologize to those impacted by Friday’s technical outage. We will be extending our $1 promotional fare through the holidays to say we're sorry (and Happy Holidays!). We look forward to having you back on board soon! Side note: Via has logged over 2,700 rides since the October 29 launch!
