SAJJ Mediterranean has 12 restaurants in California, and was recognized by San Francisco Magazine in 2017 as one of the “Best Fast-Dining Spots in the Bay Area.” SAJJ Kitchen offers a condensed menu, but has many of the favorites.

“As digital ordering has become more popular than ever, we wanted to find new ways to meet the needs of SAJJ’s new and existing customers,” said Zaid Ayoub, Founder and CEO of SAJJ Mediterranean. “We’re excited to be working with Local Kitchens, which has afforded us to expand our reach to the Cupertino area and further grow our customer base. This unique opportunity and partnership has also allowed us to launch our newest concept, SAJJ Kitchen, and we have complete confidence in the Local Kitchens team and chefs who will be creating each meal on-site and representing the SAJJ brand in this new market.”
