Close to 2,300 customers lost power Sunday night. PG&E is investigating the cause and says 33 customers are still without power.

Thousands of PG&E customers in Cupertino were hit by a power outage that began late Sunday night, a utility spokesman said.
The outage, which affected 2,276 customers, was reported just before midnight, spokesman Jason King said.
Mid-morning today, only 33 customers remained without power. Those customers are expected to have power restored sometime around 3:30 p.m., King said.
