Housing Charity That Serves Families in Santa Clara Co. Seeks Holiday Donations
Abode Services hopes to brighten the season for its clients!

SANTA CLARA and SANTA CRUZ COUNTIES, CA – Abode Services, a nonprofit that annually helps 4,400 adults and children find homes or emergency shelter in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and Alameda counties, is in need of holiday donations.

All donations can be delivered to: Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter, 588 Brown Road, Fremont, 94539, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
(Donations of used clothing or expired food are not accepted.)

Gift cards to such stores such as Target, Safeway or Wal-Mart also are particularly welcomed. This "helps families purchase the items they need most. New shoes, clothes or food for a holiday dinner can help bolster the holiday spirits," the agency said.
