Kaiser Santa Clara ranked a top hospital in Ca.: Newsweek

Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara listed as a "top hospital" in California by Newsweek in their Top Hospitals survey

Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center is among the top 50 hospitals in California for providing high-quality care, according to the U.S. News and World Report’s 2020-2021 “Best Hospitals” rankings.

The hospital is tied for 31st in the state for overall care. Eleven Kaiser Permanente hospitals in California are ranked among the best in the state: Anaheim, Baldwin Park, Fontana, Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Roseville, San Diego, San Diego Zion, San Francisco, and Santa Clara.

Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara is listed as “high performing” for six specialties, procedures or common conditions that are used by the magazine to assess hospital performance: aortic valve surgery, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart bypass surgery, heart failure care, hip replacements, and knee replacements.
