Cupertino Makes Top 20 List of Most Home Sales Over $1 Million
The national ranking was based on completed home sales.

Billionaire Microsoft Mogul Paul Allen may have chosen Atherton over Los Altos and Cupertino, but plenty of other people want to live in the 95014 zip code.
In the Fall 2013 Luxury Market Report from Coldwell Banker, Cupertino was listed as number 16 on the list of Top 20 U.S. ZIP codes with the highest number of luxury home sales. The list covers a 12 month period ending in summer 2013.

Bay Area cities that made the list ahead of Cupertino include Saratoga (#7), Menlo Park (#13). Los Altos (#19) lagged slightly behind the rest of the area.
Coldwell Banker does separate lists for homes sales above $5 million and $10 million.
