Man Struck by Vehicle in Saratoga

Sheriff's deputies are at the scene of an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in Saratoga this afternoon, a sheriff's spokesman said.

The collision was reported at 3:33 p.m. in the area of 14380 Saratoga Ave., near Saratoga Los Gatos Road.

Initial reports indicated that an elderly man complained of back pain after the accident, but as of 3:50 p.m. it appeared no one had been taken to a hospital, sheriff's Sgt. Jose Cardoza said.
