Pacific Catch Westcoast Fish House To Open In Cupertino
The seafood restaurant chain is known for menus inspired by Pacific Rim flavors and its sustainable fish-sourcing practices.

CUPERTINO, CA —The Pacific Catch Westcoast Fish House is opening in Cupertino with a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception scheduled for Wednesday the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce announced last week.
Beyond the fun and opening, the event that starts at 5 p.m. marks the launching of the Cupertino Union School District educational initiative that benefits the schools.
The new seafood restaurant, which is billed for using sustainable fish-sourcing practices as an eatery inspired by Pacific Rim flavors, will offer its specialized menus at 19399 Stevens Creek Blvd.

The chain also has locations in Campbell, Corte Madera, Dublin, Mountain View, San Mateo and Walnut Creek as well as two in San Francisco.
The company has been recognized for its eco-friendly partnerships with Seafood Watch, Surfrider and the Smart Catch category of the internationally-renowned James Beard chef awards.
