Shepherd & Sims will open later this year in Los Gatos according to the restaurant's website.
LOS GATOS, CA — To say the current business climate is not suited for the risk-averse would be an understatement.
Silicon Valley restauranteurs Jim and Angelique Stump are betting on themselves as they ready to open a new Los Gatos location, and they’re summoning their Theodore Roosevelt spirit.

"It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed," Roosevelt’s quote reads.
The precise opening date for Shepherd & Sims t 15970 Los Gatos Blvd. hasn’t been announced yet, but their menu is already up on their website.

The restaurant’s website says “Coming Soon 2021.”

Construction has already begun at the location and the restaurant is expected to open later this spring or in the summer, Jim Stump told The Mercury News.
“The pandemic will end!” Stump told the news outlet.
“It is a beautiful design and we are excited about it.”
The opening marks a return to the South Bay city for Stump.
He was the owner/executive chef at Los Gatos Brewing Company, which shuttered in 2015, Silicon Valley Business Journal reports.
