NFL Hall Of Famer Larry Allen Sells Danville Mansion For $4M

Larry Allen listed the home for $7.5 million, but it sold for about half of that, the Los Angeles Times reported.

DANVILLE, CA — Larry Allen, former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman and NFL Hall of Famer, has sold his 10,000-square-foot Danville mansion for $4 million, about half of his $7.5 million asking price, the Los Angeles Times reported. He paid $4.6 million for the home in 2004.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom Danville mansion was built in 2002 and is located at the end of a private lane, over a bridge, in the gated Blackhawk Country Club community. It was listed in late 2018 and has an indoor spa, sauna, gym, home office, movie theater and lush backyard with a pool, spa and sport court.

Allen's former home offers creek and golf course views, with a six-car garage.
