October Homes Sales Strong In Tri-Valley
The number of homes sold in October increased more than 20 percent in Danville, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon.
DANVILLE, CA — During the month of October, the inventory of homes for sale was mixed in the Tri-Valley, according to the Bay East Association of Realtors.
There were more than 20 percent fewer homes on the market in Danville, Dublin and Livermore compared to the same time last year. More homes were for sale in Pleasanton and San Ramon, the association reported.
Sales prices were fairly stable. Prices in Danville, Dublin and Livermore increased by single digits; prices dropped in Pleasanton and San Ramon, compared to Oct. 2018.

Sales activity in the Tri-Valley was strong. More than 40 percent more homes sold in Alamo and increased more than 20 percent in Danville, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon, compared to last year, according to the association.
Across the entire East Bay, housing inventory dropped 20 percent compared to Oct. 2018, while prices increased, on average 2 percent.
