Brookfield Homes Leases Office Space in Carmel Valley for $17.7M

Brookfield Homes leased 8,103 square feet of office space at 12265 El Camino Real, Suite 180, in Carmel Valley for $17.7 milion, according to The Daily Transcript. Brookfield leased the space for 64 months from Union Investment Real Estate GMBH, the local business paper said.

The property owner was represented by Tony Russell and Bess Wakeman of Jones Lang LaSalle. Brookfield Homes was represented by Brett Ward and Michael Cassolato of Cassidy Turley San Diego.
