Carmel Valley Lot Approved for Subdivision Sold for $3.3M
A 1.56 acre property at 4140 Worsch Way in San Diego sold for $3,293,410.
The San Diego office of Colliers International announced on Thursday the sale of a 1.56-acre subdivision at 4140 Worsch Way in Carmel Valley. The property, which is approved for 11 single-family home lots, sold for $3,293,410.
The seller was Sea Breeze Investments II LLC. The buyer was Jackson Pendo Development Co. David Santistevan and Gunder Creager of Colliers International represented both parties in the transaction.
“Land in the Carmel Valley area remains the best future housing supply in San Diego,” said Santistevan, Senior Vice President in a statement.
