Equity Office announced Friday it had selected Cushman & Wakefield to lease out 208,246-square-feet of office space in three new buildings, including Carmel Valley Centre I and II on El Camino Real in Carmel Valley.
Stephen Bruce and Christopher High will lead the listing team for Carmel Valley Centre I and II at 1195 El Camino and the two other properties—Three Governor Park in Sorrento Valley and Foremost Professional Building on World Trade Drive in Carmel Mountain.
Carmel Valley Centre I and II are two, three-story office buildings totalling 110,551 square feet. The property is located near Del Mar Heights Road.
According to LoopNet, the space is renting for $3.25 per square feet, per month.
Equity Office manages these three properties. The buildings are owned in a joint-venture partnership of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII and SL Green Realty Corp.
