Del Mar-Based Stratford Partners Real Estate Buys $36.1M Property in Colorado
The Del Mar-based private investment firm purchased a 254- unit apartment community in Lafayette, Colo.

Stratford Partners Real Estate announced Wednesday that it purchased Prana Apartment Homes for $36.1 million. Stratford Partners, which formed in 2011, has acquired nearly $100 million in multi-family property assets across the West.
The property is a 254-unit apartment complex built in 2010. It is located in the Denver Metro area.
Stratford Partners noted that Denver’s multi-family investment market has kept pace with coastal markets. It said that the Metro Denver area’s multi-family vacancy rate was 4.3 percent on September 30, the lowest rate in more than 10 years.

Stratford Partners plans to expand its portfolio to an excess of $350 million over the next two years.
