Arraignment Postponed in Del Sol Shooting Case

The arraignment of 26-year-old Kyle Jacobs was postponed for a second time Monday. Arraignment proceedings will resume Aug. 11.

A man facing charges of murder for is still awaiting arraignment after a hearing Monday morning.

Kyle Christopher Jacobs, 26, will go before the court again on Aug. 11 to continue arraignment proceedings.

Jacobs faces charges of murder and unlawful use of a gun, according to Pomona Superior Court Judge Mike Camacho, after a fatal shooting on April 7 that killed .

Jacobs had a first arraignment hearing on April 21 and a second Monday morning, with the third to be held Aug. 11.

Los Angeles County District Attorney prosecutor Thuy Pham declined to comment Monday about the reason for postponing arraignment proceedings to August in the case.
