Dead Diamond Bar Man And Woman Identified, Homicide Investigated
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating the deaths after the two were found unresponsive Friday.
DIAMOND BAR, CA — The Los Angeles County’s coroner’s office identified a woman and her adult son who were found dead in a Diamond Bar house Friday evening.
Loretta Ho, 55, and Edward Kwan, 23, were both residents of Diamond Bar, officials said. Authorities have not determined the cause of death, and it’s unknown whose house they were in when Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies found them.
The deaths are being investigated as homicides, and a suspect has not been identified. The sheriff's department has not released any additional details surrounding their deaths.

Deputies with the department's Walnut Station responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at the house in the 1500 block of Kiowa Crest just before 10 p.m. Ho and Kwan were found unresponsive at the home and were pronounced dead at the scene, the department said.
