Diamond Bar Offers Skateboarding-Themed Camp for Kids

Skateboarding is the theme of a new two-week camp now being offered by the City of Diamond Bar. 

Shreducate Skateboarding Academy offers children ages 5 to 12 an avenue to learn how to skateboard or master new maneuvers in a camp-like setting. Lessons are provided by way of hands-on lessons and games. 

Camp is held at Peterson Skate Park, 24142 E. Sylvan Glen Road, on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 6pm. Sessions will be offered January 14-23, February 4-23, March 4-13, and again March 18-27.

Students must bring their own skateboard, helmet, and knee and elbow pads.  Camp registration cost is $106 plus a $25 insurance fee, made payable to the instructor at the first class meeting.
