time. The big bonus for the camp people was.....coming to America(1949-1950).
We docked in New York, lived in Brockton, Mass for six months and moved to California, East
Los Angeles area.
All of my schooling was within the Los Angeles Unified School District. I attended East
Los Angeles Jr. College and Cal State College LA.
I taught in the LAUSD for 33 years--regular classroom and Special Ed., as well as out of class-
room assignments. On top of all this I opened a teacher supply store.....talk about keeping
busy!
In closing, this has been some journey-from Russia, through Germany to a relocation
camp and a final bonus.. the U.S. of America.
Folks, this is me. I feel real good about where I've been and what I can do to touch other
peoples' lives in an upbeat, positive way.
