Industry Sheriff's Deputies Discover Marijuana, Cockfighting in Separate Busts

The drug bust resulted in the arrest of one Rowland Heights man, after a month-long investigation into suspicious activity at the warehouse in the 130 block of 8th avenue. 

In Valinda, deputies received a call from the neighbor of a home where a cockfight was later found to be happening. 

Officers reported to the scene in the 15800 block of Fairgrove Avenue around 10:20 a.m. Saturday and found around 40 male spectators and alleged illegal cockfighting operators, who dispersed.
