PUSD Intra-district Transfer Requests Due Friday

Today is the final day for parents to submit intra-district transfer applications for students in the Pomona Unified School District.

Principal Alan Pantanini said during a parents forum Thursday night that the transfer requests can be made for parents looking to transfer students from schools on Program Improvement status or for parents looking to bring siblings into the same school.

One grandparent at Thursday night's forum said changes in the district left one of her grandchildren attending while another was to attend .

The district recommends parents hand in applications in person and their offices are open until 4:30 p.m. today. For more information, visit the district's Pupil Resources website.
