Walnut Valley USD Salutes "Class of 2021" Retirees

WALNUT, CA--Walnut Valley Unified School District paid tribute to the 2021 retirees during a virtual celebration held on May 19.

A total of 48 employees including administrators, teachers, and classified personnel were recognized with personal tributes for outstanding dedication to students and schools.

"Congratulations on your retirement!” said Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor in his congratulatory message.

“I am really confident that each of you will be forever remembered in the hearts and minds of the Walnut Valley Unified School District.”

“You’re an amazing group of people and your dedication to Walnut Valley has made a significant difference,” lauded Board President Layla Abou-Taleb.

District leaders delivered baskets with special gifts, certificates of recognition, and heartfelt well wishes this week.
