Authorities ID 2 Killed In Highway 12 Roundabout Crash
The Solano County residents died at the scene of the crash on state Highway 12 at state Highway 113.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Solano County coroner's office has identified two victims who died in a solo-vehicle crash on state Highway 12 in Solano County last week as Richard McCluan, 80, of Rio Vista and Hoa Luu, 79, of Suisun City.
McCluan was driving a Toyota Prius west on Highway 12 around 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 18 when he collided head-on with a raised portion of a recently constructed roundabout west of Rio Vista at state Highway 113, according to the California Highway Patrol.
McCluan and Luu died at the scene.
